Massaging insoles
Most shoes have a flat inner sole, offering no support to the arch of the foot, which can lead to fallen arches, putting pressure on the knees and lower back, or Plantar Fasciitis.

Offering a solution, Sole Mates massaging
insoles use a bladder containing glycerine to support the foot. As fluid has no shape, it moulds to the
individual foot, providing support to the arch as well as the heel and
ball of the foot.
The insoles act like a shock absorber in the
shoe and gently massage the muscles in the foot, increasing the
circulation, bringing more blood and oxygen to the legs and feet,
helping to reduce tiredness.
