The carrier protects cables and hoses from dust, dirt, chips and spray water right up to the connection area in accordance with protection class IP54.

The product has also received an iF design award for the design of the carrier – the all-round closed design effectively prevents foreign bodies from entering. The convenient contour of sideband and cover effectively prevents any problems caused by the adhesion or entering of chips and dirt. The interlocking covers fit together tightly and the smooth dirt-resistant contour of the sidebands do not allow foreign bodies to enter.
