divide a single infeed line into two or
three discharge lines with no loss of
throughput.

With a linear speed of up to
120m/min and a minimal gap
between each load, the device can
handle a continuous throughput of
8000 units per hour.

Operation of the swivel wheel bed
is adjusted to suit the requirements
of the customer and the product to
ensure the smooth and careful
handling of each load.

The number of swivel wheel beds,
wheel size, number of wheels on
each shaft and shaft pitch are all
variable to suit the application.

The SmartSort solution is a
compact, self-contained conveyor
module that can easily be integrated
into new or existing conveyor
systems.
