New Earth’s Dan Perrott explains, “The DISAB BagVac is used to sweep up around the plant, ensuring a clean working environment around machinery and by-product collection areas. We used to perform the cleaning tasks manually, but the BagVac does them much more efficiently.” 

The DISAB BagVac has a fully enclosed system, from its cleaning nozzle though its 60’ flexible suction hose to the bulk bag collection point, so dust and waste goes directly into a bulk bag, minimising airborne dust.

The BagVac deals with large amounts, as Perrott comments: “It can be a couple of tonnes a day to 15 or more in a week. Some can be recycled like the refuse-derived fuel, but other by-products need to be removed from plant and collected in the bulk bags for safe offsite disposal.”
