Higher rigidity & precision
EDM machine tool manufacturer, ONA, has redesigned and upgraded its NX range of CNC die sinking machines to include a low maintenance brushless servo motor equipped high speed heads and a new servo-control system.
The changes combine to offer acceleration up to 1G (10m/s2), plus an all new ONA- 4 C-axis has been specially designed by ONA and integrated in to the head of the machine, guaranteeing higher rigidity and precision. The result is a significant increase in machine productivity, dramatically improved by up to 30%.
Available in two formats, the NX3C and NX3F, the redesigned range is available with travels of 400mm in X, 300mm in Y and 300mm in Z.
