The modular, heavy duty travelling wheelhead grinder is known for its flexibility, precision and productivity. It has been developed to meet the day-to-day requirements of the oil industry, OEMs and repair shops for grinding and regrinding all types of stabiliser and drill pipe, drill heads, hydroclean bars, fishing tools, mills, reamers and ancillary equipment.

The grinder has now been further improved by MTTG company, Dean, Smith & Grace, and renamed as the OTG2. A new CNC system makes it even more productive and user-friendly.

All machines in the OTG2 range are still available in both electronic and full CNC versions and are built to meet a customer’s specific requirements. Dean, Smith & Grace and MTTG engineers are always available to discuss and advise on machine specifications and applications.
