The extremely rugged tablets are specifically designed for use under the toughest conditions and feature 'fully rugged' protection properties as well as a slim and lightweight design.

The challenges of industrial digitisation are many, whether it's optimising processes or minimising error rates. With the Rocktab U200 series, WEROCK presents two powerful rugged tablets for use in industrial environments. They score with powerful Intel processors, up to 16 GB RAM and outstanding usability. Unrestricted operability is offered by the outdoor readable 11.6 inch and 13.3 inch displays with a brightness of up to 1000cd/m² and an industry leading viewing angle of 89° from all sides. The robust touchscreen can be operated with fingers, work gloves or the supplied touch pen. Operation in the rain or with a dirty touchscreen is also possible. Rocktab U212 also scores with an "anti-glare" surface for reduced reflections when working outdoors.

A fast and reliable data speed is realised by the latest WLAN technology. The built-in 2x2 MU-MIMO WLAN adapter supports the new 802.11ax standard, is Wi-Fi 6 certified and enables data rates of up to 2.4 Gbps. Thanks to the integrated Intel® My Wifi technology, the tablets also act as their own access point when needed and provide the WLAN network for surrounding machines, e.g. to install updates. The integrated Bluetooth® 5.1 offers a wide range of applications, from connecting barcode scanners to vehicle diagnostics and indoor navigation. Even outside the company building, the smart devices remain reliably connected via optional 4G LTE and uBlox GPS.

The Rocktabs offer intelligent protection thanks to the integrated TPM 2.0 module. The discrete cryptoprocessor serves as protection against tampering as well as secure storage for cryptographic keys (e.g. from Windows BitLocker). However, the new WEROCK Rocktab U200 series not only convinces with numerous sophisticated functions and options, but the actual working environment has also been analysed in detail by the manufacturer. The Rocktab U200 series is fully IP65 certified. That means the devices are resistant to water and dust. With MIL-STD-810G military certification, they can withstand accidental drops from a height of 1.20 m, shocks, drops and vibrations in the harshest working environments up to -20°C and +60°C. Despite the special demands on the housing design, the devices remain lightweight and particularly compact. For example, the Rocktab U212 is only 22 mm deep, making it one of the slimmest tablets in its class. This makes WEROCK's new rugged tablets ideal for harsh environments in production halls and for outdoor use in industry and production.
