About us

Noon Elite makes an iPad visitor and contractor sign in kiosk for UK manufacturing sites.

Visitors, contractors and drivers sign in on the kiosk at reception. It records who came, who they were visiting, the site rules they accepted and when they left. If the alarm goes, the fire marshal opens a live roll call on any phone at the assembly point: no app to install, and it works on mobile data. Reception gets a Teams or Slack message when a visitor or a delivery arrives.

The record is what an auditor or an inspector asks to see. The kiosk does not make a site compliant. It gives you the evidence for the visitor and contractor controls in standards such as ISO 45001, ISO 27001 and BRCGS, and every clause we quote is on our site with its source and the date we read it.

Two optional modules: printed visitor badges with staff approval, and permit to work for contractors, which is in early access.

£150 a month plus VAT with the iPad, stand, hosting and support included. Setup from £599. Built and supported from Derbyshire by the engineer who wrote it.
