productBabcock Wanson’s extensive network of Service Engineers are fully qualified and trained to respond to any boiler house service requirements. In the case of a boiler breakdown, engineers can attend site quickly and carry a selection of common spare parts to get the equipment back up and running in minimum time.
productTraditionally, water treatment services have been supplied by a third party, independent of the equipment manufacturer. This is perfectly acceptable if this third party has sufficient knowledge and experience of the type of boiler employed and the way the steam produced is used by the process rather than just water testing and treatment services in general. But this isn’t always the case.
productBabcock Wanson has been designing and manufacturing both Direct and Indirect Process Air Heaters for industrial drying applications for many decades.
productRecuperative Oxidisers are targeted at industrial process where there is a combination of energy demand and effluent oxidation. These types of Thermal Oxidisers are mainly suitable for higher VOC concentrations and lower effluent flow rates.
productRegenerative Oxidisers are used where there is no requirement for heat recovery, or the amount of heat that can be recovered is too small to justify a Thermal Recovery Oxidiser. They are also well suited to processes that discharge high volumes of exhaust with relatively low VOC content.

productThe BWD series of Fire Tube Steam Boilers provide steam outputs from 1500 kg/h to 8000 kg/h. They feature three pass design and use a coaxially located furnace tube providing optimum distribution of mechanical stress in operation.
productThe NBWB series of Fire Tube Steam Boilers provides users with high quality dry steam from 250 kg/h to 2500 kg/h, whilst maintaining low fuel consumption and operating costs.
productVAP Coil Type Steam Boilers feature three full gas passes, plus an in-built combustion air pre-heater to give high operating efficiency. With availability of steam from cold start in as little as three minutes and a low volume of water under pressure VAP boilers combine efficiency with safety, even at very high working pressure.
