newsOn 26th April, Fronius UK will be opening the doors of its technology centre in Milton Keynes for visitors to participate in their very own time travel experience – complete with Delorean – as they are transported in to a new era of welding.
productAlongside its purchased equipment, the Hungarian subsidiary of forklift manufacturer Linde has a rental fleet comprising 1500 forklift trucks, 230 of which are for short-term use, at its site near Budapest. To ensure most of the electric-powered vehicles are ready for use, the dealer relies on technology from Fronius.
productFronius UK will be opening its doors on Wednesday 26th April. Visitors will be able to see the company’s latest developments in welding technology and processes and find out more about the company’s history as they are taken back through time to see some of its first innovations.
productWith the new TPS/i CMT welding system, Fronius is combining the smart functions of its latest power source platform with the advantages of a stable welding process.
productFronius has further developed its Virtual Welding simulation platform so TIG welding processes can be learned in a virtual environment – without safety risks or the use of consumables.
productIn order for forklifts to be reliably charged outdoors in the wind and rain or in any other dirty environment, Fronius has developed a special housing for its Selectiva 8kW and 16kW chargers. Certified to IP54, the new housing shields the sensitive electronics, providing effective protection against dust and spray water from all directions.
productBuilding on the success of its TransPuls Synergic series digital welding systems, Fronius now offers bespoke products for specific applications with its TransPuls Synergic Steel (TPS Steel).
