Precision sensor manufacturer Micro-Epsilon has published a fully 36-page ‘Measurement Product Guide 2016’.
The thermoIMAGER G7 is the latest addition to the Micro-Epsilon family of thermal imaging cameras and is specifically designed for measurements on any glass objects.
Designed for shiny, highly polished surfaces, as well as transparent materials such as plastics, glass, optical components and film/substrates, a new range of 2D/3D blue laser profile sensors (laser line scanners) is now available Micro-Epsilon.
Sensor technologies enable robot measurement tasks where there is a growing need for high precision measurements over wide surface areas and where there are requirements for increased flexibility, says Chris Jones, Managing Director of Micro-Epsilon UK.

Micro-Epsilon’s thermoIMAGER TIM 640 is an infrared thermal imaging camera that is able to record radiometric video at an optical resolution of 640×480 pixels. It is one of the highest resolution infrared cameras on the market for less than £6800.
