productRenishaw has 3D printed a special gift fit for royalty. The company additively manufactured a replica of its nineteenth century Mill headquarters building and gave the piece to Her Royal Highness, The Princess Royal, when she opened Renishaw’s new Innovation Centre and presented the company with its eighteenth Queen’s Award.

The exhibition celebrates this exciting new technology and explores how it is being used in applied fields, including medicine, manufacturing and aerospace.
productEngineering and additive manufacturing specialist, Renishaw has manufactured a topologically optimised bottle opener to illustrate the intricate and efficient building capabilities of additive manufacturing. The resultant appliance is a complex shape, stripped of all unnecessary material, leaving a lightweight, but robust device with high internal strength.
productRenishaw will be giving a UK exhibition premiere to its new Sprint high-speed contact scanning system for CNC machine tools at MACH 2014.
productRenishaw will be exhibiting its range of advanced engineering technologies at Southern Manufacturing. On show will be the companys versatile gauge, Equator, which rapidly collects thousands of data points for the comparative measurement of high volume manufactured parts.
