Fuel cell innovation centre opens

The Manchester Fuel Cell Innovation Centre (MFCIC) – a £4.1m facility dedicated to developing new sources of green, emission free energy and making it available to as many people as possible – has officially opened by The Rt Hon. Lord Mandelson at Manchester Metropolitan University.
