Acquisition completed

Security systems provider, Vanderbilt Industries, has completed the acquisition of Security Products from Siemens. The purchase fits with Vanderbilt’s strategic expansion plans and the new operation will be headquartered in Wiesbaden, Germany, with Joseph Grillo as its MD.
