Alva Industries appoints Matteo Stagni as sales director for Europe and Asia
ALVA INDUSTRIES, a manufacturer of frameless motors and owner and creator of FiberPrinting technology, has appointed Matteo Stagni as sales director for Europe and Asia, strengthening the company’s commercial presence across two key markets.

As Alva continues to expand its presence across Europe and Asia, the company is strengthening its commercial organisation to better support OEM customers in these markets. In his new role, Stagni will focus on developing customer relationships and supporting manufacturers from early technical discussions through to long-term partnerships.
Based in Germany, Stagni brings over 15 years of experience in senior leadership roles across Europe and the United States. His background spans motion control, robotics, automation and B2B sales, with extensive experience working with OEM customers. Combining technical expertise with commercial experience, he will help customers identify motor solutions suited to their application requirements.
“Joining Alva Industries is a thrilling opportunity to be at the forefront of the next generation of electric motor technology,” said Stagni. “Throughout my career in motion, robotics, and automation solutions, I have seen how traditional motor constraints limit solutions and performances. Alva’s FiberPrinting technology completely rewrites those boundaries. I am fully committed to translating this breakthrough technology into tangible value for our customers worldwide and driving the boundaries of sustainable innovation alongside this exceptional team: positioning Alva as a foundational player in the electrified future.”
Stagni’s appointment further strengthens ALVA’s ability to support OEM customers across Europe and Asia, connecting technical requirements with the company’s portfolio of frameless motor solutions, including SlimTorq and GearTorq.
