For product development, ETM Professional Control GmbH has been relying on a cooperative partnership with Delta Logic and its communication library ACCON-AGLink for years. The library enables the connection of Siemens controllers (S7-300 to 1500) for Windows, Linux and other operating systems.

The controller can be accessed from a wide variety of programming languages via a wide variety of communication channels, including optimised data blocks.

ETM chose ACCON-AGLink because the integration of the packet-based existing protocol using the communication library should be built into the existing software with as few changes as possible. With less change, the product is available faster and customers can use it faster.
