She brings extensive senior management experience gained from leading businesses at executive level, including within a subsidiary of a Fortune 500 company listed on the New York Stock Exchange. Her background in business transformation, operational management and technology strategy has helped shape jobmate's vision of delivering powerful, affordable cloud software that enables organisations to digitise operations without the cost and complexity traditionally associated with enterprise systems.
As CEO, Dalton will lead the company's strategic direction, product roadmap and continued investment in artificial intelligence to help customers improve efficiency, compliance and decision-making through smarter automation.
