Mosca Direct has expanded its
customer support to include an outof-
hours emergency service.

The comprehensive service is
available during evenings and
weekends. Callers can request
delivery of strap, film or spare parts,
arrange to speak to a qualified
engineer or arrange for an engineer
to attend their site on a priority basis
on the next working weekday.

The out-of-hours service is
chargeable at £300 per instance.

Mosca Direct also offers free
telephone support during working
hours to all customers who have a
Mosca Service Contract.
