Marigold Industrial has added to its
XRT mechanical glove range.

For those working with plant and
equipment that have vibration risks,
the company has designed XRT
MechaniX AV.Made using a synthetic
leather with a reinforcement fabric
on the fingers, the MechaniX AV has
an ergonomically designed palm
insert that absorbs and dampens
shocks and vibrations to the hands.

Tests on the glove using the
EN10819 test method revealed that
in the Medium Frequency range
there was a noticeable dampening of
vibrating transmissions.

Also new, the hi-vis XRT Insulator
glove (pictured) is designed to keep
workers’ hands warm and protected
when undertaking tasks at
temperatures as low as -30C.
