The system primarily focussed for M&V for Energy Performance Contract, however it is been rolled out on all major energy accountable parts of the factory to make use of the wide advantages of aM&T.  

EMT has supplied, installed and commissioned around 100 new utility sub meters which are robust, accurate, space saving and cost effective. Utility meters installed include electricity, water, steam and compressed air. EMT has designed and built a communication infrastructure based on hardwired Ethernet and Low Power Radio to integrate around 70 existing meters including main fiscal meters and all the new meters into a single database. 

The challenge was to integrate the existing meter data from factory’s process/automation infrastructure (PLC’s, SCADA) and an old building management system (BMS) to a single database. EMT with their technical expertise and their multiprotocol data collection transmitters and data-loggers provided a robust solution to integrate data from PLC’s, Profibus meters, Modbus meters, pulse output meters and remote water and gas meters into DYNAMAT aM&T system.
