Available from Kitagawa Europe, the
Master 80 HF is a new generation of
IEMCA high performance barfeeders.

Developed to provide automatic
operation with a wide range of bar
sizes, the new feeder accommodates
stock from 15 to 80mm diameter, as
well as a wide variety of hexagonal
and square section profiles. Its design
enables a single sized guide channel
to be used throughout its capacity
range, allowing machine changeovers
to be completed in just 60s.

The Master 80 HF is suitable for
production operations involving
more than one job change per day.

Its extreme torsional and longitudinal
rigidity is complemented by a hydrodynamic
pusher, supported by two
pairs of self-adjusting rollers to
minimise vibration. The unit’s twopart
front bush accurately guides the
bar between feeder and lathe and can
be changed in less than 30s.
