Danlers has launched a costeffective,
batten mount passive
infrared occupancy switch that is
said to deliver significant energy
savings.

Easy to fit, the robust control can
be mounted onto the end of lighting
battens via the 20mm knock out. The
switch includes the connection
20mm thread and 1m of wire tails to
connect to the lighting ballast.

It has a passive infrared quad
sensor to detect movement of a warm
body within the detection zone and
includes a photocell to monitor the
ambient light level which can be
adjusted via the internal lux adjuster.

If no further movement is detected
within a certain time, the PIR will
switch off the load, ensuring there is
no unnecessary waste of energy.
