addition of Graco’s new range of
Merkurtm Bellow Pumps to replace
the Orion range. These incorporate:
Improved seal design to eliminate
throat seal leakage and
lubrication;
Easy changeover air motors, with
ratings to 1800cc;
Longer life expectancy;
Improved material flow rate with
less material dwell in the pump to
deliver efficient flushing
performance;
Pump ratios have eight options,
from 5:1 to 35:1.

Benefits claimed include:
increased performance, reduced
material surge on
pump change-over and reduced
maintenance costs. There are
standard units, or DataTrak models
with easy-to-set runaway protection
and pump diagnostics.
