Craemer now offers bespoke plastic
pallets of various sizes to suit
customers’ individual needs. Using a
new butt-welding process, the
company can manufacture bespoke,
specially-sized plastic pallets for
handling or storage applications that
require pallets smaller or bigger than
the core 1200 x 1000 and 1200 x
800mm sizes.

This welding process enables stable
load carriers up to 3000 x 3000mm to
be produced and gives Craemer even
greater flexibility to produce different
sized plastic pallets, with the possibility
of additional optional edges
and frames to suit an individual
customer request.
