The pumps were replaced with two Grundfos NB 65-200 single-stage, standard bloc pumps manufactured at ISO 9001 certified facilities. The range comprises a complete series of close-coupled (NB family) and long-coupled (NK family) pumps that are compliant with DIN EN733 or ISO2858. All are non-self-priming single stage, centrifugal pumps with axial suction port, radial discharge port and horizontal shaft.

The pumps are delivering the promised energy efficiency and are proving reliable. A key customer benefit  is that they can be automatically slowed at weekends when production is not as high, saving energy and helping the company with its global energy reduction targets.
