The two warehouses and yard area feature a combination of pallet, A-frame and cantilever racking, enabling products ranging from fittings and building supplies to large sections of timber and facia to be stored and accessed. Importantly, the layout allows free movement of a sideloader throughout.  

“The trade counter combines perimeter shelving, including longspan, with a series of gondola units each offering four display bays and two end units,” adds Ian Craig, business development manager at Polypal.  “It was important that we also made the most of the wall spaces in order to optimise display volumes while, at the same time, allowing an area for supplier storage and display facilities to be featured.” The Polypal solution meets all of these needs and can be readily adapted by James Burrell should seasonal or merchandising needs dictate.
