Arpac Europe will be completing its
first installation for a major printing
company in October this year. The
installation consists of Arpac’s 75GI
shrink wrapper, EL tray packer,
robotic palletiser and conveyor
system integrated with several of the
customer’s existing machines.

The system will be automatically
packing books into trays and shrink
wrapping books, which created many
challenges for Arpac when designing
the system. The Arpac 75GI high
speed shrink bundling machine is
particularly good at maintaining the
shape of a stack of books and the EL
tray packer loads the books without
damaging them in any way.
