C/S Explovent^® Explosion Venting System offers a cost effective solution, which can be incorporated in the building’s design for both new and existing facilities.

Designed by Construction Specialties (C/S), this unique field-testable and resettable pressure relief venting system is engineered and precisely calibrated at the factory to release at predetermined pressures, thereby diffusing a potential explosion. The operation of panels can be verified at any time as part of an on-going safety and maintenance programme.

Lightweight Explovent^® wall panels are fully compliant with ATEX 95 (Directive 99/92/EC). They have been designed to also meet the guidelines of NFPA 68 and have been tested and approved by the Factory Mutual Research Corporation.
