Interlube’s new Rotalube system is
said to significantly extend chain life
and to reduce both lubricant
consumption and maintenance costs.

With applications as diverse as
theme park rides, car manufacturing
plants and bakery ovens, Rotalube is
a precise method of lubricating chain
that is not affected by speed
fluctuation. It delivers the right
amount of lubricant to the exact
point of the chain that enables it to
penetrate into bearing areas.

A special porting system meters
lubricant through precision ejectors
incorporated within the sprocket
assembly. The controlled applicator
does not suffer from excessive wear,
and maintains accurate lubrication
whatever the condition of the chain
It is available in four sizes ½, 5/8,
3/4, and 1in; modular design extends
the product offering from simplex to
duplex and triplex. Bespoke solutions
for other sizes are available on
request.

A low cost 24V DC ACR pump has
been developed to operate with
standard Rotalube applicators.
