The stylish footwear is reported to
be the first to incorporate internal
metatarsal protection to meet
European S3 Safety Standards.

Designed to afford comfort and
safety to those working in tough
environments, the boots took more
than two years to develop and
surpass the EN ISO 20345:2004/A1
2007 European Safety Standards.

The main design feature is the
integral metatarsal protector: a
lightweight, flexible inner plate that
protects the wearer’s fragile
metatarsal bones from impact.
Throughout the development of the
boots, Rock Fall also registered five
design features for protection. The
footwear is made to the highest S3
specification and protects the user’s
toes and sole with a metal toecap
and steel mid-sole.
