ZEON Chemicals is a long-standing customer of PMI Software, for Contractor Management and Permit to Work and its good experience of working with the company was a key factor in its decision to choose PMI for its CMMS. Zeon Chemicals wanted to implement a preventative maintenance strategy for its entire range of assets, so that it could reduce equipment failures with the overall aim of eliminating unplanned downtime. 

Using PEMAC Maintenance ZEON aims to:

•  Spares Management: spares are linked to assets to simplify finding the correct parts and reduce the MTTR (Mean Time To Repair), setting re-order levels for critical parts ensures you have the correct parts in stock when needed.
