CNC acquisition
Weld overlay cladding and fabrication specialist, Gloucestershire-based Arc Energy Resources, has acquired precision machining company CLG Engineering, of Stonehouse, Gloucestershire.
The acquisition means that Arc Energy Resources’ 80 employees are supplemented by CLG Engineering’s 14, to create a stronger team with a wider mix of skills.
Both companies are supported by teams of experienced project managers, inspectors and welding engineers, with access to a wide range of auxiliary processes in-house, including heat treatment, NDT and CMM inspection.
