Safety Coaching successfully delivered a number of bespoke safety courses for all levels of management involved in capital expenditure projects, as well as coaching and mentoring sessions to embed learning and develop management responsibility on safety.

The company developed a comprehensive program for improving construction safety in projects employing up to 5000 workers.
