As well as being  easy to program, cobots are inherently safe to work with and alongside humans, subject to risk assessment. No longer the need for expensive safety guarding requirements.

Either the vision system is guiding the cobot, or, providing the cobot positional data of a component for ‘Pick and Place’ applications. Or, the cobot is used to move the vision camera to the component to be inspected or the component to the camera. The ‘Guide to teach’ function of cobots enables quick and easy programming and they can easily be integrated into existing production systems or re-deployed to another application as required.
