A System: Single modules with a heat output range from 5 to 100kW

B System: Combined modules with horizontal/vertical parallel options; these can be fitted into different size AHU’s with a heat output range from 13 to 400kW

C System: Combined modules with horizontal parallel combination with a heat output from 13 to 200kW.

In addition to insertion into new air handling units, these modules are also suitable for AHU refurbishment particularly when access is restricted, as they can be supplied in single modules and therefore easily transported for final assembly.

The heat exchanger is built entirely of low carbon AISI 441 stainless steel to ensure maximum liability and long life. Each module has a fully modulating pre-mix gas burner capable of going to 20% of full load. No emissions of carbon monoxide are produced and the emissions of nitrogen oxides (NOx) are below 30ppm. This results in a combustion efficiency of 109%.

Dravo says that, when used to replace older heating modules, an increase of 20% combustion efficiency can easily be achieved, significantly reducing both fuel costs and exhaust emissions.

All 14 modules are registered on the Energy Technology List and therefore eligible for Enhanced Capital Allowance.
