The integrated service solution incorporates planned boiler maintenance, Trend service visits, callout and annual servicing of over 100 appliances. Plant type includes office LPHW boilers, factory warm air heaters, radiant tube heaters and BEMS.

The integrated solution includes the funded installation of new heaters and associated plant to enable Fogarty to achieve site carbon reduction targets. Jason Perry, MD of MCL Energy, commented: “This renewal enables us to build on the existing site improvements and work hand-in-hand with Fogarty to achieve its long term sustainability targets.”
