An example of the system in
action occurs when the rafts are
checked on test beds. Data can be

of important functions to give early
warning of problems. Typically,
cooling performance is checked by
monitoring the temperatures of the
coolant both in an out of the engine
to see whether the cooling system is
working as it should be.
