IIRSM will deliver a comprehensive programme of risk assessments that will address not only the traditional health and safety risks but also issues relating to the wellbeing of employees and their exposure to ergonomic risks.

The project aims to encourage all levels of the organisation from senior management, through line managers to the individual employees to take ownership of managing these risks.

The assessment will make use of on-line software to analyse individual exposures and recommend ways of reducing it which will not only benefit the individuals but the business as a whole.
