The form will extract data from a variety of sources including costing information, inventory, order book, budgets/forecasts and inset directly into the PDF document. It will also auto-populate with supporting documentation including interrogable 3D CAD files (from PLM systems) and any other documents or data sets required to make the correct decisions at the right time.

The PDF can also act as a carrier vessel (similar to a zip file) to transport additional documentation and Theorem can customise the template wizards to be fully compliant to any company procedure or workflow.
 
Publish 3D for Production Engineers will also manage workflows and automatic batch routines to utilise available hardware and CAD licenses overnight and then present the published files back to Engineering change control for approval.  The system can also automatically distribute to suppliers and departmental heads for consideration via email, FTP or collaboration systems.
