correct level of torque required to
seal pump dispensers used within
dosing systems and atomisers in
the pharmaceutical and cosmetics

solution.

Its Tornado digital torque tester is
used to check the application
and release torque of
closures. A typical test
involves a container securely
held by four gripping pegs,
enabling manual application
of torque between 0.8 and 0.85Nm.

Upon completion of the test, seal
tightness is verified and correct
torque application determined.
