Addressing the requirements set out
in AMP5, Durapipe is launching a
dual containment pipework system,
Durapipe Guardian, to cater for
water treatment applications.Water
Authorities are dictating that
pipework systems that are not
located in a contained area need to
be dual contained.

Durapipe Guardian incorporates a
patented Centralok system, which
provides a solid fixed fitting. This is
said to make the system much easier
to install, as the inner pipe is in a
fixed position and can be easily
jointed.

The fixed fitting also means there
is half the number of joins in the
system, significantly reducing the
number of potential leak paths.

Durapipe Guardian is
manufactured in PVC-U material.
