The luminaire has a cast aluminum enclosure to deal with harsh environments. To withstand long term high temperature conditions it has been designed to provide good thermo management characteristics. As a result, the built-in electronic gear will not be overstressed when exposed to ambient temperatures to 60°C.

With the appropriate reflector, the luminaire complies with the IP65 directive in order to deal with dust and moisture. It is available with an integrated Luxon E ballast in a 250, 320 and 400W version.
