The environmentally friendly,
hygienic and cost effective range of
four high-speed hand driers from
Biodrier is now available throughout
the UK. This follows 18 months of
extensive trials in public sector
buildings, schools, offices, factories,
retail and busy airports.

The range combines high levels of
energy efficiency, personal hygiene
and fast hand drying with what is
claimed to be the lowest cost-in-use
of any hand drying system.

Biodriers are said to achieve 90%
more power efficiency than
traditional hand driers by using heat
from their motors to warm air and
blowing it through ducts to heat it.

The company calculates that Biodrier,
used 200 times a day, typically costs
£20.56 per annum in energy. It says
this compares with £251.53 for a
conventional hand drier – a saving of
1380kW at £0.1994 per kW.
