EMI filters for renewables
Manufacturer and supplier of industrial automation controllers and drives, CD Automation, now offers what is said to be the widest range of UL-approved filters for photovoltaic and wind turbine inverters to 2500A in the UK.
Products include solutions for three-phase AC inputs from 480-600V AC, as well as DC output filters from 250-1200V DC, with individual models supporting applications with current carrying capacity ranging from 25-2500A.
These new solutions for applications of over one megawatt of power form a new product category for CD Automation. The six three-phase AC power line filter families containing 60 models in total include single stage and multi-stage performance options addressing a broad range of EMI mitigation scenarios.
