Strapping specialist Mosca Direct
has enhanced its service function to
deliver a faster response and more
tailored after-sales support to its
customers.

As part of the process, the
company has appointed dedicated
service managers for the North and
South, supported by six further field
engineers.

A particular feature of the new
service offering is Mosca’s ‘Service
Spares Pack’ approach, where a full
pack of all possible parts that might
be needed during a service visit are
sent ahead of the appointment to
ensure the engineer can deal
immediately with any issues with a
machine.
