On FANUC’s V86 stand,
the breadth of machining solutions will be showcased, including the new Robodrill
with 4^th axis DDR-T in action. The Robodrill with 4^thaxis DDR-T enables greater efficiency and high precision machining. Its high
torque spindle makes it easier to machine heavy iron parts, and the high speed,
high acceleration spindles increases efficiency when machining aluminium parts.
Chip discharging efficiency is increased, reducing the accumulation of chips
due to improvements of its X/Y axis cover.

FANUC’s Robocut C400iA machine will demonstrate the high
reliability and performance of its wire-cut electric discharge offering. The
C400iA includes two new functions: a corner shape compensation, shortening cutting
time by 31 per cent, and new AWF at breakpoint in Taper Cutting Auto Wire feed
in cut path with up to 5 degrees taper.

Also being showcased on the stand is the LRMate 200iD – one
of FANUC lightest loading and unloading robots in its class. The robot uses advanced
intelligent functions for loading and unloading and its light weight means that
the LRMate 200iD can easily integrate into a machine, or mount upside-down on a
frame. Its high rigidity arm and most advanced servo technology enables smooth
motion without vibration in high speed operation, and the enhanced wrist load
capacity allows the robot to handle multiple pieces of work at the same time.
