Measurement Systems, the
DP700 is a powerful, feature
rich digital readout (DRO) display,
housed in an ergonomically
designed slim-line aluminium case.

The design principle of the
DP700 was to create a DRO that
featured all of the essential functions
for all machining applications, while
providing the operators with an
intuitive ‘answer-the-question’ type
interface. The operator can select the
functions they would like to use or
disable, so they can make use of the
most advanced or basic features. The
DP700 will also be available in
multiple languages, which will make
the user experience even simpler in
the export markets.

As the DP700 is a generic unit,
there is one single DRO for all
machining applications (e.g.

milling, turning, grinding etc.)
Thanks to its durable but
lightweight cast aluminium
housing, the DP700 is half the
weight of a typical DRO display. For
applications in which the DRO is
integrated into a control panel, the
DP700 also features a panel-mount
version that is equipped with a
different rear cover for ease of
