Kaye-Dee equipment
demonstrations will include
printing 4 colours on to a
medical flask using the Teca-Print
TPX 201 servo driven, sealed pot
machine with optical print image
inspection.

This involves a camera capturing
the picture of the printed part and
displaying it on an LCD monitor
enabling the operator to see an
enlarged view of the printed image.

The operator can evaluate the
printing quality and make any
necessary corrections immediately,
for example, ink adjustment and
cleaning.

The removal of a faulty print
image before the drying has taken
place can enable the re-use of the
part and reduce the amount of
rejected parts. The manufacturer says
the optical vision control system
provides a cost effective method for
image control. The Series X2 pad

work area, touch screen control and
integration of standard peripheral
