Flexibility is the key to the
TCA series of
tension/compression load
cells from LCM Systems.

Designed in-house by
LCM’s design team,
engineers can specify
custom sizes and
specifications to meet
specific application
requirements.

Known in the USA as billet
load cells, the TCA series is
suitable for measuring both
tensile and compressive forces
and their size makes them suitable
for use where space is limited.

Standard cells are provided with
metric threads at each end, designed
to accept spherical seating rod-end
bearings. LCM Systems can
offer versions with male
threads at each end, one male
and one female or imperial
thread sizes.

The load cells are
constructed from stainless
steel and as standard have a
rated load ranging from 1 to
100t (versions can be made
with rated loads to 1200t).

They are weatherproofed to
IP66; IP67 and submersible
versions can also be supplied.
