Sewtec’s new servo robotic palletiser
completes its portfolio of end of line
equipment that provides tailored
automated solutions for the food,
pharmaceutical, confectionery and
personal care industries.

The Sewtec palletiser has been
designed to offer a high degree of
flexibility, with a small overall
footprint, dual loading system and
special pallet configuration software.

Combined with Sewtec’s ability to
design bespoke tooling heads, the
machine can be adapted to meet
precise customer and product
specifications. It has a hygienic
construction, with all moving parts
enclosed to protect against dust.

The unit’s compact design means
it can fit into very small factory
spaces. Its dual loading system enables
two pallets to be loaded in quick
succession or two pallets to be fed
separately and loaded simultaneously.

Easy-to-use Integrated Pallet
Configuration Software helps create
optimised pallet loads. Information
on the size and weight of each box is
inputted and the software creates the
most appropriate pallet pattern and
stacking format. Manual override
enables adjustments to be made.
